Consorcio Consultores PMO Bogotá to manage Bogotá Metro [free access]

Consorcio Consultores PMO Bogotá, a joint venture of France-based Setec (15.7 per cent), Colombia-based Gómez Cajiao y Asociados (51 per cent) and Chile-based Cruz y Dávila (33.3 per cent), has secured a COP90-billion contract to provide project management services for the Bogotá Metro. The JV will supervise the technical, administrative and financial works during the pre-construction, construction, and the first year of O&M of the project.   

 

The Bogotá Metro Line 1 will span 25.3 km (elevated) and cover 16 stations. Construction is expected to start in 2019 and will be completed by 2024.
