Indore Metro announces INR5.16 billion tender for supply of third rail and electrical systems, India [free access]

The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) has announced the issue of a global tender for the supply of 750 VDC third rail and electrical systems for the Indore Metro Rail project with a contract value of INR5.16 billion.

 

The scope of the tender includes the testing and commissioning of the power supply system, receiving substations, traction substations, auxiliary substations, and the supplying of 750 VDC third rail and SCADA systems for the project.

 

The first ring line corridor of the metro will span 33.53 km and will connect Palasia to Airport, covering 30 stations.
