TTC to discontinue tokens, tickets, and passes on its network, Canada

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has discontinued the sale of tickets, tokens, and passes at subway stations and has fully transitioned to the PRESTO fare collection system.

New Flyer to supply electric buses to Metro Transit, St. Louis, US

New Flyer has secured a USD18.6 million contract from Metro Transit to supply 14 electric buses. The buses will have an average age of 15 years and will replace the currently operational diesel buses, which will be put out of service by end-2020.

Paper tickets to be discontinued on the Rapid bus network, Michigan
